When did you last do something just for yourself?
At a workshop you step out of your everyday routine for a few hours, and you won't even notice the time go by. At some you can take home what you made, be it a mug, a wreath or a bouquet.
Next time, don't just meet for coffee
A workshop is a good reason to get your friends together, or to take your partner or your mum. It works for a hen party or team building too, and you can buy up to 10 tickets in one order.
What you've always wanted to try
At the workshop they show you how to get started, and you can ask anything along the way. It's fine if it isn't perfect the first time, that's what you're there for.
Frequently Asked Questions
A hands-on session, usually a few hours long, where someone who knows the craft shows you how to do something and you try it right away. The workshop's description tells you who it is for and whether you need any prior experience.
Of course. You buy tickets one by one, and at the workshop you'll be among people who are into the same thing as you. If you're coming as a group, you can buy up to 10 tickets in one order.
Yes. In the search you can filter by occasion too, for example hen party, birthday or team building. You can buy up to 10 tickets in one order, and if there are more of you, buy the rest in another order. You can also ask for a company invoice if the organizer can issue one. If they can't, the checkout tells you.
Choose the workshop, the date and the ticket type, then add the ticket to your basket. Enter your details and pay by card on Barion's payment page. Once the payment goes through, you get your ticket by email.
You can pay by card on Barion's secure payment page. You can also redeem a gift card. If its balance covers the whole order, you don't need a card at all.
After a successful payment, the email with your ticket and the purchase details usually arrives within a few minutes. If you can't see it, check your spam and promotions folders too.
Show your ticket code at the venue, on your phone or printed. You'll find it in the email and on the ticket PDF (also as a QR code), and the organizer checks your ticket with it. Each ticket code can be used only once. For online workshops there's nothing to show: you join with the Google Meet link in your ticket email or from the Google Calendar invitation.
A ticket without a set date is valid for one year from purchase. Arrange a date with the organizer within that time, and use the ticket by then too. You'll find the last day on the ticket and in the confirmation email, and on the My tickets page if you bought it signed in. If you still haven't used it 30 days before it expires, we'll remind you by email.
If it hasn't arrived after 10–15 minutes and it isn't in your spam either, write to us via the Contact page and we'll resend your ticket. If you bought while signed in, you'll also find your tickets in your account, on the My tickets page.
You can't cancel a purchased ticket on the website. If you can't attend, write to us via the Contact page and we'll discuss a refund with the organizer. If the organizer cancels the date, the refund of your ticket starts automatically.
You can't change the date or type of a purchased ticket on the website. If you'd like to change something, write to us via the Contact page as soon as possible and we'll help, together with the organizer. If the organizer moves the date, we'll let you know by email.
Yes, you can buy one on the Gift card page. You get the code right after paying, by email too, and the recipient can redeem it at most workshops. If it can't be used with an organizer, we tell you when you enter the code at checkout.
The organizer will help you on site. If you notice something is wrong beforehand, write to us so we can help in time.
We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes before the workshop begins to allow enough time for the ticket check and on-site registration. For online workshops, join the Google Meet a few minutes before the start.
If the organizer cancels the date, we email you and the refund starts automatically. The money goes back to where you paid from: the card part to your card, the gift card part to your gift card. There is nothing you need to do. If you would like another date, you can buy a new ticket for it.
